As the house is new, mapping software often has trouble finding it. If coming via I90, consider taking Exit 8 or 12, as the total travel time is similar but avoids the difficult intersection at Exit 10.

Check in time is 4:00pm

Inspect property and report any issues immediately.

Door codes will be sent prior to arrival.
The door code will usually be last 4 digits of the phone number that booked, or the date of your check in and check out. (I.E. check in is August 1 and check out is August 23, code would be 0123.) If door codes do not work please contact us immediately.

Check out time is 10:00am

Report any damage.

Remove all garbage.

Turn off all lights and fans.

Close blinds.

Used towels should be hung on towel bars to dry out.

Clean any spills or debris from counters and appliances.

All dishes must be cleaned. Leaving the dishwasher running upon departure is acceptable.

Remove all food from cabinets and refrigerator.

Check for personal items. Any items left will not be returned.
